FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN BOOKING A PROGRAM? HOW DOES IT WORK?

We will typically start with a phone conversation to talk about what you are looking for and your goals. We will then prepare a written proposal for you to review. Once you approve the proposal, we will send a services agreement and book the program date. As the program date approaches, we will touch bases to ensure plans.

WHERE ARE WORKSHOPS DONE?

Any suitable location that allows for the space and logistics needed can be used. Most of our programs have been in parks, conference rooms, gyms, and pavilions. Programs can be indoor or outdoor. We can use a space onsite at your school, business, church or organization. If you need help finding a site or need for us to book a space, we can make that part of the service contract.

HOW LONG ARE PROGRAMS?

Our average program is a few hours in length however we have options for all schedule needs. Some activity choices have a required minimum and/or maximum time frame.

ARE ACTIVITIES STRENUOUS?

There are options for different levels of physicality, from table-top to turf. Our facilitators are great at providing alternatives ways to participate for individuals needing a different role. All activities are conducted under a guiding principle of "challenge by choice."

WHAT SIZE GROUPS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?

Our past events have included groups from 2 to 1800.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Costs for each program are custom figured based on the anticipated costs. This allows for flexibility and therefore saves the majority of our clients a significant amount over set per-person rates. We are happy to explore creative solutions to meet tight budgets. Our standard contract includes program design, event staff, materials, implementation, and clean-up. We do not typically provide any kind of refreshments or transportation.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Some programs require a deposit in order to pre-purchase materials or cover fees that must be paid in advance. A deposit is typically non-refundable.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION POLICIES?

Contracted programs proceed rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather for outdoor programming, we strongly encourage arranging for an indoor or covered alternative location, and we will attempt to provide a suitable alternative program. We will work with you to reschedule in the event of "Acts of God" such as natural disasters. If you need to cancel or reschedule for other reasons, we will bill for any expenses incurred in good faith.
